Thank you so much for all the care and hard work you put into rectifying the problems with the bore hole at the Fishing Lodge.  I had really begun to  lose heart and it was unbelievably reassuring to talk to you and start to understand how things should have been done in the first place.

I was most impressed with the thoroughness with which you approached the  project - I had no idea records of other bore holes close by existed in specialist geological surveys - and above all, your insistence that the work  was done in such a way as to minimise contamination.  I think the contractors would undoubtedly have been less cautious had you not been  overseeing them.  Thank you too for standing there in the most awful weather  conditions to make sure the job was done properly this time, that too  was  something I had hardly dared expect.

I am pleased to say that the water supply is now completely potable and clear - it is of superb quality.
